She came from the City of Carrollton Animal Adoption Center after months in the shelter, and she is safe in a temporary foster home right now. But temporary is not enough for a girl like this. What Floodlight needs is the good stuff: structure, patience, consistency, and time. A predictable routine. Someone who will let her decompress, learn the basics, and settle — and who will still be there after the settling, when she starts to repay it with so much love.
She is dog friendly, and a confident, friendly dog may be a great companion for her and could help show her the ropes. She would thrive with a comfy dog bed, a routine she can count on, and plenty, plenty of snuggles.
